We have just begun our adventure into distilled spirits. For the past two winters, winemaker and distiller Mike Beck has been distilling apple cider to make "Apple Spirits". Currently, these spirits are aging in barrels and will be released at a later time. Our initial plans are to sell an Apple Brandy as well as a fortified Apple Dessert type wine. Beck is one of only 10 licensed distilleries in Michigan. The photo you see on this page is the same still that is located at the Fruit House Winery.
